We now proudly offer services throughout South and North Georgia, Muscogee area, Bibb, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Houston, and other counties across the Atlanta area. Expanding soon to North Florida.Â

Submit a
Medicaid Referral
Use our secure online Medicaid referral form which initiates the intake process. If you are an adult or you are referring an adult, pleased use the form for “adult”. If you are referring a child, please use the form for “child”.
Our Core Provider team will review the referral within 48 hours to ensure that you are insured via Medicaid SSI, Amerigroup, Peach State or Care Source. Within 72 hours a therapist will schedule to do a Comprehensive Assessment and Individualized treatment plan. Following that plan you will be referred to the services needed to include: Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Medication Management, Skills Training, Parenting, Diagnostic Assessments. The clients’ treatment plan determines the services provided.

If you are ready to make a difference, we are always accepting resumes for: Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Fully licensed therapists, associate licensed therapist, Supervised Trainees (masters in a licensable field), Case Managers, Behavior Aids, Parent Aids, and specimen collectors.
